Notice of Dividend Payment for the 2025 Fiscal Year (August 25, 2026)
To: Shareholders of Northern Power Investment and Development Joint Stock Company 2 (NEDI2)
Northern Power Investment and Development Joint Stock Company 2 (NEDI2) respectfully presents this notice regarding the dividend payment for the 2025 fiscal year.
When collecting the 2025 fiscal year dividend at NEDI2, shareholders are kindly requested to bring the following:
- Original Identity Card/Citizen Identity Card or other equivalent documentation
- Original Shareholder Book or Original Share Ownership Certificate
- Letter of Introduction and Identity Card/Citizen Identity Card of the recipient (for corporate shareholders)
- Locally certified Letter of Authorization (in cases where the shareholder authorizes another person to collect the dividend)
- For shareholders opting for bank transfer, please provide the necessary information using the attached form: "Registration Form for 2025 Dividend Receipt via Bank Transfer."
